David Michael Bennett

　　　David Michael Bennett 是 Steam Powered Giraffe 樂團的主唱及和聲，
也是樂團的吉他手，與 Isabella "Bunny" Bennett是同卵雙胞胎的兄弟（Isabellay
在2014年變性成女性）。他倆於聖地牙哥Grossmont College求學時,一起加入了
一個名為Troupe SD的啞劇團，在加州Balboa公園街頭，扮演機器人的角色；
2008年他們與朋友在聖地牙哥正式成立Steam Powered Giraffe樂團；而David的
角色被虛構為一個在1896年由Peter A. Walter上校發明，擁有鈦合金脊椎的柴油
龐克機器人"The Spine 脊柱"。2009年10月發行首張專輯《Album One》，而
《The Vice Quadrant:A Space Opera (2015)》則是所發行的第四張錄音室專輯。
